CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

If you need to cancel your order after placement, please email Support Services at info@ultimatesportsmats.com within 24 hours. The term “Cancellation” must be in the subject line of the email and the order number or PO must be included in the email. Ultimate Sports Mats can not guarantee your order will be canceled if you do not email Support Services within 24 hours.

Ultimate Sports Mats accepts returns only in the event of manufacturing defects or shipping errors for up to 1 year after delivery. Ultimate Sports Mats does not authorize returns for buyer’s remorse or other reasons. Before returning any merchandise to Ultimate Sports Mats you must contact our Support Services department to obtain a Returned Goods Authorization number (RGA#). Shipments without a valid RGA# will be refused by Ultimate Sports Mats and returned to the sender. Returned merchandise must be in original condition and packed in original packaging.

Credits are processed within 30 days of receipt of the return shipment by Ultimate Sports Mats.

ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Ultimate Sports Mats, “the maker of HBCU Mats” products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase.

IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING THAT OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. ULTIMATE SPORTS MATS AND/OR SELLER DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

RESELLER ACCOUNTS

All claims regarding shipments should be made in writing within five (5) business days of receipt. This includes but not limited to shortages, damages, or shipping errors. All sales are final.

REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGED PRODUCTS

Ultimate Sports Mats will replace damaged or defective Products and refund your shipping costs as long as the following conditions are met:

  1. Email Ultimate Sports Mats Support Services and obtain authorization to return.
  2. All instructions given by Support Services are followed.
  3. The packing slip is included with the package

Standard production lead time applies for replacement products
